Why people believe weird things {AUDIO}
We all have our beliefs. Chances are at some point in your life you have believed in things that you can’t really explain logically. Whether it's religion, conspiracy theories, or unquestioning adherence to a political party, we’re all susceptible to blind belief in something. It happens even to the smartest of us.

Shermer is also the Director of The Skeptics Society, a non-profit dedicated to the promotion of science, reason, and critical thinking.
